The term 'terrorism' refers to a violent action, committed for political reasons in order to spread panics and terror. Terrorism therefore is a form of unconventional warfare that seeks to affect masses. The most relevant issue for nowadays is international terrorism that is associated with 9/11 and its aftermath.

Terrorism cannot be justified in any case, since it involves killing or injuring the innocent law-abiding citizen this made a worst affect on physical and psychological affect on children in Iraq, Afghanistan, and now in Pakistan.

As President Obama flies from one Asian capital to another, scrambling for economic and diplomatic support, dogged all the while by the nightmare of Afghanistan, he is likely to overlook the solution to America's open-ended war with radical Islamists that is staring him in the face.

A real friend helps the drug addict get over their addiction. More than 46 years ago, President John F. Kennedy sought to preclude a nuclear arms race in the Middle East. In June 1963, he wrote the last in a series of insistent letters to Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion. Those letters sought what Israel now demands of Iran: international inspections of its nuclear facilities.

The key difference: Kennedy knew for certain that Israel, while portraying itself a friend and ally, had repeatedly lied to him about its nuclear weapons development at the Dimona reactor in the Negev Desert.

Today, in Tampa, Fla, a Navy reservist tried to murder a Greek Orthodox priest from Crete as a "terrorist."  The reservist claimed the non-Arabic speaking Greek had yelled "Allah Akbar." (God is Great)  When arrested, Naval Reservist Jason D. Bruce told police the priest had tried to rob him.  Thus, America's honor is defended again.  Two idiotic wars, two phony invasions and lots of hate crimes, the number, we will never know.   We do know 99% of what we hear is lies.  Vietnam was a lie.  Iraq was a lie and Americans are dying in Afghanistan over more lies.  Perhaps we could spread the hate out a bit.  We seem to have so much of it.

In today's Washington Post we read that in June of 2007, as a senior psychiatric resident at Walter Reed Army (Army) Medical Center in D.C., Major Nidal Hasan gave a lecture to a room full of Army doctors, many of them quite senior. 

He stated quite openly that if Muslim servicemen and women in the U.S. Armed Forces were not allowed to leave as conscientious objectors, a dangerous fifth column of militant Muslims in the Service was being created.  That story is here.

Today’s Ancient Warfare: Facts vs. Beliefs

In unconventional warfare, manipulated beliefs are used to displace inconvenient facts. When waging war by way of deception, false beliefs are an oft-deployed weapon.  Recall Iraqi weapons of mass destruction? Iraqi ties to Al Qaeda? Iraqi mobile biological weapons laboratories?

Iraqi meetings in Prague with Al Qaeda? Iraqi purchases of yellowcake uranium from Niger?  All these claims were reported as true. All were later proven false or, worse, fabricated. Yet all were widely believed. Only the yellowcake uranium was conceded as bogus before the invasion of Iraq. As the U.S. crafted its response to the provocation of a mass murder on U.S. soil, those widely shared beliefs shaped a consensus to wage war on a nation that had no hand in it.

On November 5, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, while shouting “Allahu Akbar” (God is Great), opened fire on his fellow soldiers at Fort Hood, in a US military base, killing 13 and injuring more than 24 persons. After fourteen hours, two people were killed and six were hurt in the second mass shooting in the United States in Orlando, Florida. But the deadliest incident especially at the US military base is shocking for every person, belonging to any religion.

Major Hasan was an educated American national who was brought up in the modern civilization. One of his cousins said that after 9/11 attacks, Hasan, a Muslim, complained of being harassed by some service members for his religion, and wanted a discharge. While a co-worker told that he had also expressed anger about the US involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan, and apparently did not want to be deployed to Afghanistan. Hasan spoke of the need for Muslims to “stand up and fight against the aggressor,” and the US.

The frightening thing is - this is your money.  Do you really want to spend it on these wars?

Hood.  The more time passes, the more investigation goes on, the deeper it gets.  12 dead so far is a terrorist attack, not an Army psychiatrist with a stress problem.  Nobody is at fault, not this president, not the last one and not the army.  People kill people, not guns.  It could always happen and it did.  No coverup is wanted, no spin desired no CYA, nothing.  Deal with it.

The most burning questions of our times are: How to solve the problems of the raging violence and bring closure to the War on Terror? It is imperative that hostilities emanating from 9/11 are stopped expeditiously, but how do we do it since 9/11 is infested with so many doubts and suspicions? What is true and what is false about 9/11 could only be clarified by a judicial inquiry, and so it is critical that the events of 9/11 should be investigated properly and thoroughly so truth may be discovered to bring closure to the raging hostilities.

It is therefore expedient to institute a Judicial Inquiry into the 9/11 events first to investigate the veracity of this crime and identify the perpetrators and then comprehend the nature of this conflict so its root-causes could be addressed to thwart recurrence of similar outbursts in the future.
