Editor’s note: VT had run into Flynn some time ago. When he ran DIA, he tried to recruit top VT staffers for that agency, offering bizarre incentives. There are people at VT that know and like Flynn personally, I am not one of them. There is a long story here which we should probably get into a bit. Nobody gets Flynn, who was the only proponent in the US intelligence community who understands the real value of human intelligence. The Pentagon has been overrun with SIGINT guys, satellite guys as well. VT’s defense side, starting with 4C and Adamus, include the scientists that invented SAR surveillance used in military satellites.
Maggiore headed the team at MIT and Polito. Thus, we were all financially into pushing military satellite solutions and well knew the limitations as well, that drone warfare based on algorithm based data is extremely error prone and that the Pentagon has killed thousands of innocents around the world because of the revolving door between that organization and the aerospace community. I could write a book on this, there is nothing we don’t have on this story. My good friend Peter Panayotou was murdered by these people, the man that ran our Balkan’s networks.
Back to today’s issue. Flynn is going to be arrested with his son possibly as co-conspirator. Whether he had gone a bit over the edge during the campaign or whether his odd behavior was a “psyop,” we may never know. It is as though he was channeling Patton.
What we do know is that Flynn watched those around him at the Pentagon make millions in the drug trade in Afghanistan, watched secrets flow to Israel and from there to Russia and China and watched it done publicly. He saw little but treason around him. In the end we are going to find that Flynn got much more than the $60k from Russia and the nearly $600k the far more dangerous Turks handed him.
Over the years, I’ve watched dozens, more in reality, companies set up to be walked into phony contracts, fake technology usually. 95% of American defense tech purchased over the last decades, particularly beginning with Bush 43, is a scam. Our terror watch lists are taken from troll ridden social media, produce by scanning bots.
Teams sit in Haifa putting out fake terror reports, some laundered into the CIA through SITE Intelligence, a Mossad front, others by Wikileaks, a Mossad front, but more through super-secret intel companies filled with burned out Pentagon brass. Wonder why our drones hit weddings, hospitals, schools?
How do you keep discipline or as Flynn calls it, “truth and beauty” going when America has been arming terrorists or working with druglords since forever. I personally sat through sitdowns in the early 1980s and saw the moral flexibility of the Army.
Trump was very right to call Washington a sewer. Treason is the norm there and the FBI under Comey and our mob owned Supreme Court have only made it far worse. You can’t say this enough; since 2005 and Citizens United, there has been nothing left of the United States. We are a travesty, shameful and malignant and you are hearing this from a Marine who has a flag on his lawn.
As for Flynn, he simply tried to join the queue. Arrest him but arrest him last. g

Flynn’s DIA Deputy Goes ‘Apoplectic’ over Flynn’s Possible Treason
Bibi/Saudi proxy Erdogan & Co. paid Flynn ten times as much as Russia paid to Flynn – to achieve Bibi’s shared goal of ousting duly elected Syrian President Bashar al-Assad
By Thomas J. Mattingly
With numerous investigations homing in on him, if Trump ex-NSA General Michael Flynn doesn’t pick up hard time, this would be a clear signal to others that there is little left of checks and balances against treason in Washington and America.
Russia has been put into the “oppo” column since forever. While Russia paid Flynn only $50K, Turkey is the real threat to America – maybe Israel and Saudi Arabia too. Erdogan and Turks paid Flynn more than $500K, and Flynn recently needed to register as a foreign agent for Turkey – belatedly – because Flynn failed to disclose this $500,000 worth of foreign influence gravy to Flynn while Flynn was advising Trump.
Israel, Saudi Arabia and Turkey do real damage. Any experienced Washington player knows this. But Trump is not an experienced player. Trump & Co. are claiming that they knew about both $50K from Russia and $500K from Turkey to Flynn. How ‘they’ are playing this is the blame game – not useful in knowing the truth and what it means.
While Michael Flynn’s DIA deputy went “Apoplectic” over Flynn’s receipt of undisclosed foreign payments and while Hillary Clinton & Congressional Democrats are enraged about the improprieties by Trump and Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn in receiving a $50,000 payment for a speaking engagement from Russian-controlled media (RT), Flynn’s DIA deputy and the Dems usually avoid mentioning Flynn’s receipt of $500,000+ from Turks & Erdogan.
Erdogan’s goal in Syria is to oust the duly elected and recognized Syrian President, Bashar al-Assad – fearmongering about which Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu intends to use to get re-elected.
Bibi and Erdogan are joined at the hip in military actions to oust Syria’s Assad. All along, VT has contended that Russian, Israeli and U.S. Kosher Nostra oligarchs and gangsters (with U.S. intel help) skewed and rigged the 2016 U.S. elections. The Kosher roosters are now finally come home to roost.
Having worked with Trump in the 2016 elections and being the consummate PsyOp intelligence professional that he is, Trump’s ex-NSA Michael Flynn was and is more than capable of manipulating the forever-Tweeting mega-star of “Short Attention Span Theater.” Of course, Ivanka helped on Trump’s Syria stupid stuff.
Michael Flynn is still registered as a foreign agent for Erdogan and Turks. Flynn still has contacts with Trump and Trump’s National Security Council. Savvy VT readers know the role that Erdogan and Turkey played in the recent Idlib province ‘Syrian’ gas attack. What the Flynn scandal itself did was to deflect attention away from Erdogan’s, Turkey’s and Bibi’s role in the recent Idlib province gas attack. Slick.
Which comes from “Flynn’s former top deputy: I was ‘apoplectic’ when I learned about RT payment” by Michael Isikoff at www.yahoo.com/news/defense-department-investigating-michael-flynn-foreign-payments-155010400.html.

Cummings Releases Three New Docs on Flynn
Pentagon Explicitly Warned Flynn Not to Accept Foreign Government Payments; Newly Unclassified Letter Confirms Flynn Did Not Report Foreign Payments; Defense Department IG Launches Its Own Investigation
Washington, D.C. (Apr. 27, 2017)—Today, Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, released new documents relating to Lt. General Michael Flynn, who was fired by President Trump from his position as National Security Advisor after concealing information about his communications with the Russian Ambassador to the United States.
“These documents raise grave questions about why General Flynn concealed the payments he received from foreign sources after he was warned explicitly by the Pentagon,” said Ranking Member Cummings. “Our next step is to get the documents we are seeking from the White House so we can complete our investigation. I thank the Department of Defense for providing us with unclassified versions of these documents.”
First, the Oversight Committee has obtained a letter to Flynn on October 8, 2014, from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of General Counsel explicitly warning Flynn, as he entered retirement, that he was prohibited by the Constitution from receiving payments from foreign sources without advance permission:
Foreign Compensation Requires Advance Approval
The Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution, article I, section 9, clause 8, as interpreted in Comptroller General opinions and by the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel, prohibits receipt of consulting fees, gifts, travel expenses, honoraria, or salary by all retired military personnel, officer and enlisted, regular and reserve, from a foreign government unless congressional consent is first obtained. Consent is provided by Congress under 37 U.S.C. 908, which requires advance approval from the relevant service secretary and the Secretary of State before accepting employment, consulting fees, gifts, travel expenses, honoraria, or salary from a foreign government. … Accordingly, if you are ever in a position where you would receive an emolument from a foreign government or from an entity that might be controlled by a foreign government, be sure to obtain advance approval from the Army prior to acceptance.” (emphasis in original)
In addition, this week, the Defense Department produced to the Oversight Committee an unclassified, redacted version of a letter that DIA originally sent to the Committee in classified form on April 7, 2017.
The new DIA letter counters the suggestion by Flynn’s attorney on Tuesday that Flynn followed appropriate procedures for accepting foreign funds for his trip to Moscow in December 2015 when he dined with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The DIA letter states:
“DIA did not locate any records referring or relating to LTG Flynn’s receipt of money from a foreign source. … DIA did not locate any records of LTG Flynn seeking permission or approval for the receipt of money from a foreign source.”
Flynn’s attorney issued the following statement on Tuesday:
“As has previously been reported, General Flynn briefed the Defense Intelligence Agency, a component agency of the Department of Defense, extensively regarding the RT speaking event trip both before and after the trip, and he answered any questions that were posed by DIA concerning the trip during those briefings.”
In other words, regardless of whether Flynn discussed his trip to Moscow with DIA, the Committee has obtained no evidence that he disclosed the payments he received from the Kremlin-backed propaganda outlet RT or that he obtained permission from the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of State, as required.
The new DIA letter also confirms that the Pentagon warned Flynn explicitly when he retired in 2014 not to accept payments from foreign government sources without obtaining advance approval:
“LTG Flynn was advised of the legal restrictions concerning foreign compensation and instructed to report any potential receipt of compensation in advance.”
In another development, on April 11, 2017, the Inspector General of the Department of Defense sent a letter informing the Oversight Committee that it has now launched its own investigation:
“This office has initiated an investigation to determine whether Lieutenant General (LTG) Flynn, U.S. Army (Retired) failed to obtain required approval prior to receiving any emolument from a foreign government.”
The White House is still refusing to provide even a single document as part of the Committee’s investigation and has refused to comply with the bipartisan document request sent by Chairman Jason Chaffetz and Ranking Member Cummings on March 22, 2017.
