- American Family Care (AFC), the nation’s leading provider of urgent care, accessible primary care, and occupational medicine, will provide free flu shots to veterans with a valid military ID on Sunday, November 11.
Golden Corral Hosts Military Appreciation Night
Golden Corral, the nation’s #1 grill buffet franchise, will thank thousands of active-duty and retired U.S. military personnel for their service with a free dinner buffet and beverage while raising donations for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). At all its restaurants nationwide, Golden Corral will serve free dinner buffets with beverages from 5PM to 9PM on Monday, Nov. 12 to any person who is serving or has served in a United States Military branch, including the National Guard and Reserves – identification is not required.

American Family Care Free Flu Shots for Veterans
American Family Care (AFC), the nation’s leading provider of urgent care, accessible primary care, and occupational medicine, will offer military veterans free flu shots on Veterans Day, Sunday, November 11. Veterans interested in obtaining a free flu shot are encouraged to visit AFCUrgentCare.com to find the nearest American Family Care clinic.
Carol graduated from Riverside White Cross School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and received her diploma as a registered nurse. She attended Bowling Green State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Literature. She attended the University of Toledo, College of Nursing, and received a Master’s of Nursing Science Degree as an Educator.
She has traveled extensively, is a photographer, and writes on medical issues. Carol has three children RJ, Katherine, and Stephen – one daughter-in-law; Katie – two granddaughters; Isabella Marianna and Zoe Olivia – and one grandson, Alexander Paul. She also shares her life with her husband Gordon Duff, many cats, and two rescues.
