(San Francisco) September 24, 2016 – Good Day, this is “Your Radiation This Week” for the past 2 weeks. These are the Recorded Beta and Gamma Combined Radiation Highs that affected people around the United States. YRTW is published every two weeks on Saturday. The next publication dates are October 8 and October 22, 2016.
Radiation CPM * City State

Listed in Counts per Minute, a Count is one Radioactive Decay Registered by the Instrument. The Top Reporting Radioactive Cities are listed. The highest radiation reporting city is listed first, the least radioactive city reporting is listed last.
Still, all reporting cities are above normal. These are a portion of the American cities that exceeded 1,000 CPM these past 2 weeks. 40 Cities are Reporting Radiation Above 1,000 CPM. Take all necessary precautions.
Normal Radiation is 5 to 20 CPM [4]

Here’s a before and after shot of the Rad garbage piled on the ground in Florida:

18.6 Million People Poisoned in Florida
The recent catastrophic collapse of a massive industrial garbage dump in Florida containing hundreds of tons Uranium Isotopes into the Florida Aquifer is directly poisoning drinking water for 18.6 Million people’s only drinking water source. The Radioactive Isotopes involved are bad ones. There are 35 Radioactive Isotopes in three Decay Chains involved.
The July 1, 2015 estimated Florida population was 20,271,272 people according to the United States Census Bureau. Ninety-Two Percent of the entire Florida population is 18,649,570 people. As of September 18, 2016, 18.6 million people are getting poisoned by radiation IF they drink water. Of course, all humans must drink water. http://www.census.gov/quickfacts/table/PST045215/12
Dr. Paolo Scampa, a famous physicist in Europe, wrote about the Florida radioactive waste dump tragedy for the AIPRI:
Radioactive Fertilizer
Farmland occupies an area of 49.7 million km 2 in the world. (4.97 billion hectares and 4,97E13 m 2). This huge agricultural area represents 33.38% of the land and covers 9.75% of the planetary surface. Each year 150 million tons of phosphate fertilizers and radioactive materials are spread on these farmlands. Such colossal debauchery with industrial inputs is sufficient to spread in theory 30.18 kg wholesale fertilizer TENORM on every hectare cultivated in this world without abandoning one. (1,50E11 kg / ha 4,97E9 = 30.18 kg / ha.) In these 150 million tons of phosphates marked by natural radioactivity artificially concentrated KBq 1.25 / kg in U238 and KBq 32.75 / kg in total of 3 channels of decays inevitably present, there are 15,081 tons of U 238, U 235 108 tonnes and 54012 tonnes of 232 Th.
The total activity emitted by 35 radionuclides belonging to 3 decay chains in secular equilibrium own U 238, U 235 and Th 232 corresponds on average in kind to 26.2 times the radactivity of U 238, to 568.64 times the activity of 235 U and 22.41 times the activity of Th 232. The presence of uranium-238 in phosphate agricultural at a rate of 1.25 KBq / kg (1.25 Bq / g or 33.78 pCi / g) leaves therefore expect an overall activity of 32.75 KBq / kg namely 885.14 nCi / kg. In these 150 million tons of phosphate fertilizers thus found 132 77 0 Ci is 4.91 PBq from these three natural decay chains of uranium and thorium.
Radiotoxicity by ingestion officially associated with this profusion of radionuclides remains rather modest. Everyone will agree since it sticks to a miserable equivalent of 1.34 billion Sievert ensemen c ed annually. Divided by 5 they lead the rest dispersed annually to a potential modest 267,650,000 lethal dose by ingestion in addition plowing over decades. What radiant appetite accumulation!
Likely in our latitudes enough prosperous and developed drug to afford contamination in commercial offer, an annual application of 100 kg / ha, 10 g / m 2 of leaves on our land so if radioactive cherished annual supplement average 327.5 Bq / m 2 or 8.85 nCi / m2 including 12.5 Bq / m 2 U-238 and 14.6 Bq / m 2 to 232 Th. (327.5 Bq / m 2 / 26.2 = 12.5 Bq / m 2 U-238. 327.5 Bq / m 2 / 22.41 = 14.6 Bq / m 2 to 232 Th.)
The agriculture industry will take us all to Chernobyl. Slowly. But it will.
Post Scriptum. It is the IAEA that publishes it. (Op. Cit) Phosphate fertilizer industry HAS much extended requiring about 150 mil.tons / year natural phosphates. Since average uranium glad of rock phosphate Was 100 mg / kg, it is easy to estimate a non negligible 10-15,000 t / yr. Same uranium wasted at the time with the fertilizer spread on agricultural lands. It is a major energy source that was lost and an extended health hazard.
Changes
The Combined Beta and Gamma Radiation numbers publication dates are changed to publication twice a month. The next publication date for the reporting cities’ Radiation Numbers are October 8 and October 22, 2016.
The YRTW Table of poisoned American cities has changed by adding a Column on the Right hand side. It is labeled “Corrupted?” The purpose of the column is to provide guidance as to the reliability, consistency and truthfulness of an individual city’s High Rad reading for the last 2 weeks.
Since a city’s report is subject to many strongly felt opinions that can affect Rad Readings, whether or not the Rad Unit was reporting at least 336 Hours (24 Hours x 7 Days x 2 Weeks) takes on additional importance. The number of hours the machines work in a week is not an opinion, it is a fact. Of course, it may be falsified. That is a crime and may be prosecuted.
The Actual Number of Rad Readings is a number, a measure of efficiency. The unit either reported publicly; or it failed to do so 100% of the time. It can’t do both. Of course, it may be falsified.
There should be One Reading per Hour for the 2 week period, that’s 336 Rad Readings. The corruption may originate with a machine error, programming glitch, human intervention or change, intended or not. Of course, it may be falsified. That is a crime and may be prosecuted; but probably not. Will it instead be rewarded; yea, probably so.
Corrupted?
The response may be “Yes” for “Yes, it is corrupted.” The entry will be “Left Blank” for “Not Suspected.” The most common departure from normal radiation reporting is reporting less than 168 times a week or 336 times every two weeks.
New Category – MIA 1YrHigh
“MIA 1YrHigh” and “MIA 7YrHigh” are new categories under the column labeled Type of Rad. It means “Missing in Action – x Year High.”
