[ Note: The big test now will be to see of the Syrian coalition can get a well oiled PR program running on all the atrocities committed by the jihadis and their Western and Gulf State backed friends.

It needs to be done right away before the public attention moves on to a wide variety of world crises. The terror sponsors will want to have this all glossed over and forgotten ASAP.

The bottom line is will VT’s strong recommendations to our Syrian official friends that legal cases for aiding and abetting terrorism be initiated using the fall of Aleppo spotlight, as these cases take years to resolve but are the best defense against having your atrocities swept under the rug… JD ]

The United Nations human rights office says militants in eastern Aleppo are reportedly blocking the passage of some of the civilians who are trying to flee. Rights office spokesman Rupert Colville expressed concern over the situation. He said in some cases, militants have fired at those who are escaping.

The UN rights official said during the last two weeks, militants are alleged to have abducted and killed an unknown number of civilians who demanded the armed groups leave their neighborhoods. He also said hundreds of men have gone missing after crossing to government-controlled areas of the city.

On Thursday, Syrian government forces halted their offensive in Aleppo to allow the evacuation of civilians. The Russian military says more than ten-thousand-five-hundred civilians have been evacuated from militant-held areas in Syria’s Aleppo since Thursday.
