Even the Russian Ambassador, Sergei Lavrov was surprised by the firing of FBI Director James Comey. Perhaps we are finally to the point of a Constitutional crisis. There is no recourse in the US. There is no rule of law. No one can indict the President, even if he commits a potential felony, such as witness intimidation with tweets on Twitter.https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/861592420043157504
The key is Congressman Devin Nunes who leads the Trump-Russia investigation. Will anyone force Nunes to recuse himself from the Congressional investigation because of his lack of impartiality?
Still, something is wrong with this whole story, the Russia portion. Trump was heavily involved with the Russian mafia. He was also monitoring the oligarchs for the Russian government according to the Christoper Steele dossier. Trump profited from the Russian mafia and oligarchs with his condominium sales and has deep mafia ties. So, is the Trump-Russia investigation a non-starter because it is a lie – not investigating the mafia connections and not investigating the many other issues with the current administration, including the potential rigging of the 2016 election?
The election was a lie. The GOP stole it. The election was stolen through vote purges/theft – Cross Check, votes added on electronic voting machines such as in Wisconsin and voter disenfranchisement with faulty equipment in Democratic districts, as happened in Detroit, MI. There was also foreign/domestic sponsored “Fake News” being targeted at domestic voters using Cambridge Analytica/SCL. The now former director of the FBI swayed the election in Trump’s favor with a public disclosure of questions regarding Hilary Clinton’s emails that turned out to be a non-starter too- and cost Clinton votes, while former New York City, Mayor Rudy Giuliani potentially knew about the FBI disclosure in advance – the October surprise. Perhaps yesterday Comey was no longer useful to the Trump Administration, as the pressure in Congress is building. Or was Comey quickly becoming a liability, seeing the Trump White House for what it is, so he had to be let go?
The Democratic Primary was also stolen by Hilary Clinton, as is being revealed in a lawsuit.
Currently, the US is a virtual dictatorship, with no one truly elected in the White House, and leading the once democratic country.
South Korea just had an election and the people voted – they now have an elected President, Moon Jae-in. They have a democracy. We did not have a real verifiable election here in the US, as the recount was blocked every step of the way by the GOP and Trump attorneys. Now, we have a virtual despot leading the US.
When thinking about the FBI, the FBI cannot investigate the President. I know. I called back in 2003 during the ramp up to war in Iraq. I asked the FBI directly, over the telephone, if they could investigate Former President George W Bush’s conflicts of interests relating to the Iraq War. The woman who answered the telephone said something to the effect of, while I would like to investigate the President, we have no jurisdiction to investigate the President. I was directed to call the Secret Service Agency which also made no sense.
Only Congress can investigate the President. Currently the person leading the Trump-Russia investigation is Congressman Nunes. Thinking about this “investigation,” who knew what when, does anyone care that election was stolen, and not by Russia, but by the GOP? Does anyone care that the big threat with Mike Flynn was not so much Russia, but Turkey, his largest benefactor, a now dictator controlled NATO member that is leaning more radical Islamic? Does anyone care if Giuliani and Michael B. Mukasey, the former U.S. Attorney General are assisting in the defense of Reza Zarrab, who was charged with conspiring to evade U.S. sanctions against Iran, money laundering and bank fraud in connection with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan? Does anyone want to investigate if this case connected to Flynn in any way?
Russia did try to sway the election for Trump, as was seen with the day to day favorable coverage on RT. Did Trump team members talk with the Russians regarding sanctions before being officially in office? Probably. Was Trump even truly elected? Probably not.
What is needed is a special prosecutor to examine the vote theft and the rigging of the 2016 election.
We currently sit with a mafia controlled leader in office because there is no one powerful enough to investigate how his group came into power.
We can examine the Russia ties over and over. Until we get to Alfa Bank connection and the members of Russian mafia who were financially backing Trump, in addition to the Russian government, those with years of ties to Trump, there is no real Trump-Russia investigation. The oligarchs are in opposition, for the most part, to the Russian government, that is why the Russian government tasked Trump to monitor them.
Are the Russians the problem? Not completely. Why have we allowed this election fraud to go on? As we sit, day in and day out listening to the media go back and forth, no one touches the true issue, the one that could bring this whole facade down – the election that was fraudulent and the despot in the White House, that really is controlled by the mafia, both Russian and otherwise.
So, we now have the mafia running the United States with their front man in the White House, and there is no real investigation into how this happened. Perhaps no one cares. Maybe the FBI is the one that was ready to investigate how the mafia came to power in the US – probably not – but, they may have jurisdiction and have investigated the mafia for years.
Sally Yates had powerful testimony on Monday regarding Trump and Flynn.
According to the Mother Jones article, Why the Sally Yates Hearing Was Very Bad News for the Trump White House by David Corn, “The conclusion from Yates’ testimony was clear: Trump didn’t dump Flynn until the Kislyak matter became a public scandal and embarrassment. The Justice Department warning—hey, your national security adviser could be compromised by the foreign government that just intervened in the American presidential campaign—appeared to have had no impact on Trump’s actions regarding Flynn. Imagine what Republicans would say if a President Hillary Clinton retained as national security adviser a person who could be blackmailed by Moscow. “
This too is somewhat of a surface argument. If the election was a fraud, then why did the “Justice Department” not investigate.
Can the DOJ really be counted on?
If Trump is really unelected, do any of our laws really matter?
Perhaps that is why there is no recourse for witness intimidation of Sally Yates.
The president is committing a serious felony (witness tampering) in full view of the American public. What's the media going to do about it? https://t.co/Lp04lEAL3q

Attorney and former criminal investigator. Seth Abramson (@SethAbramson ) said on Twitter, “The president is committing a serious felony (witness tampering) in full view of the American public. What’s the media going to do about it?”
What is the media going to do about it? Does the media prosecute felonies?
Trump’s tweet, “Ask Sally Yates, under oath, if she knows how classified information got into the newspapers soon after she explained it to W.H. Counsel,” clearly may be construed as a way of threatening Yates and may be considered felony witness tampering, if it was meant to “influence, delay, or prevent” Yates testimony.
Representative Ted Lieu is asked, “Did @POTUS violate 18 USC 1512, which prevents “intimidation” of a witness to “influence” testimony in “official proceeding”? #SallyYates” on Twitter. Again, who can investigate this?

Here is the law in question:
18 U.S. Code § 1512 is a federal law against witness tampering and intimidation that states:
(b) Whoever knowingly uses intimidation, threatens, or corruptly persuades another person, or attempts to do so, or engages in misleading conduct toward another person, with intent to—
(1) influence, delay, or prevent the testimony of any person in an official proceeding;
(2) cause or induce any person to—
(A) withhold testimony, or withhold a record, document, or other object, from an official proceeding;
In another tweet that same day, Congressman Lieu says that the FBI Counterintelligence can investigate the President and his associates? Is that abdicating the responsibility of Congress?
America is great because @POTUS can't stop an investigation against himself or his associates. FBI Counterintelligence decides how it ends. https://t.co/c9kICHmvSV

Everything done in the media is damage control for Trump.
On Monday, Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper’s testimony was also “demystified.”
From Mother Jones: “On March 5, Clapper was interviewed by NBC News’ Chuck Todd on Meet the Press and asked if there was any evidence of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians. “Not to my knowledge,” Clapper replied. Since then, Trump and his champions have cited Clapper to say there is no there there with the Russia story. Trump on March 20 tweeted, “James Clapper and others stated that there is no evidence Potus colluded with Russia. The story is FAKE NEWS and everyone knows it!” White House press secretary Sean Spicer has repeatedly deployed this Clapper statement to insist there was no collusion.
“At Monday’s hearing, Clapper pulled this rug out from under the White House and its comrades. He noted that it was standard policy for the FBI not to share with him details about ongoing counterintelligence investigations. And he said he had not been aware of the FBI’s investigation of contacts between Trump associates and Russia that FBI director James Comey revealed weeks ago at a House intelligence committee hearing. Consequently, when Clapper told Todd that he was not familiar with any evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, he was speaking accurately. But he essentially told the Senate subcommittee that he was not in a position to know for certain. This piece of spin should now be buried. Trump can no longer hide behind this one Clapper statement.”
As we sit here and watch the back forth, consider these questions, what if this is just a reality TV show for the mafia controllers of the US, far right technocrats and others, and if we are currently dealing with a virtual dictatorship?
Do any of our laws matter then? Will anyone be prosecuted? Probably not the President, unless there is a change in Congress.
