يحمِّل كثير من المراقبين والمتابعين فشل الربيع العربي لتيار الإسلام السياسي الذي يتزعمه الإخوان المسلمون؛ فقد فشلوا في مصر في احتواء المؤسسة العسكرية حتى انقلبت عليهم؛ وأفشلوا الحراك الثوري السوري ورقصوا على كل الحبال في اليمن، ثم فشلهم في إدارة الحكومة في المغرب؛ وصولاً إلى تخبطهم  في تونس، حتى فقدوا ثقة الشارع بهم.

يُضاف إلى الفشل الإخواني فشل ذريع في المنطقة العربية كلها للسلفية الجهادية، نتيجة توحشها وعدم إدراكها للعصر ومفاتيح دخوله، حتى باتت مجتمعاتنا على قناعة كبيرة بأنها دخلت عصر ما بعد الإسلاموية، وبدأ الوعي المجتمعي يزداد تفهماً لشروط الدولة الحديثة، دولة المواطنة، رافضاً العقلية الإسلاموية في تأسيس تلك الدولة.

ويبدو أن انهيار الإسلام السياسي لم يتوقف على منطقتنا العربية، إذ فوجئ التيار الإخواني بضربة قد تكون القاضية عليه أوروبياً بعد تسريب تقرير هيئة حماية الدستور الألمانية الذي يحذر من الإخوان ويعدّهم خطراً يفوق خطر السلفية الجهادية.

فماذا يقول تقرير هيئة حماية الدستور الألماني؟ وهل هو انقلاب للإخوان في ألمانيا أم انقلاب عليهم؟.

سربت منذ أيام مجلة FOCUS الألمانية بعضاً من تقرير هيئة حماية الدستور الألماني لعام 2018، إذ توجد في كل مقاطعة ألمانية لجنة تسمى هيئة حماية الدستور مهمتها مراقبة السلوك الاجتماعي، وتأثيره في قيم المجتمع الألماني. ترفع لجنة المقاطعة تقريرها في نهاية كل عام إلى الهيئة الاتحادية العليا ذات الشأن حول التهديدات المحتملة لقيم المجتمع. لتعلنه اللجنة الاتحادية في مطلع العام الجديد.

احتوى التقرير على عبارة خطرة تناقلتها وسائل الإعلام الأوروبية تقول:

الإخوان المسلمون أخطر علينا من تنظيم القاعدة.

يشير التقرير إلى سيطرة تنظيم الإخوان في ألمانيا على مؤسسة الجالية الإسلامية IGD وهي منظمة ألمانية تهتم بشؤون المسلمين وتوجههم وتقدم نفسها بوصفها الممثل الأكبر لمسلمي ألمانيا ومقرها مدينة كولن إذ يقول التقرير:

وأضافت لجنة حماية الدستور في تقريرها: إن  IGDتتبنى خطاباً معتدلاً أُعد خصيصاً للاستهلاك الإعلامي ولكن خلف الأبواب المغلقة -كما بينت التحريات الأمنية- يتبنى أعضاؤها خطاباً متشدداً يدعو إلى إقامة دولة إسلامية على المدى المتوسط.

يوضح السيد بوكارو فراير رئيس هيئة حماية الدستور في ولاية شمال الراين في تقريره:

إن منظمة الجالية الإسلامية IGD تستخدم شبكات كبيرة من المنظمات لبناء دولة ثيوقراطية ما يشكل تهديداً لقيم المجتمع الألماني، لا يقل عن تهديد الجماعات السلفية والسلفية الجهادية.

وأضاف فراير: إن الإخوان المسلمين استغلوا موجة اللاجئين الأخيرة، لينشطوا ويبثوا أفكارهم بينهم، ترافق ذلك مع تمويل ضخم من جهة خليجية معروفة.

وأخذت موجة الشكوى من السلوك الإخواني تتصاعد لتصل إلى ولاية البايرن أهم ولايات ألمانيا وأكبرها، حيث حذر المتحدث باسم هيئة حماية الدستور ماركوس شيفرن من تمدد جماعة الإخوان المسلمين في الولاية بقوله:

في الحصيلة تسعى الأيديولوجيا المتشددة لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين لتأسيس منظومة مسيطرة  تعتمد القرآن والسنة، ما يعني عدم الفصل بين الدين والدولة، وهذا لا يمكن السماح به في ألمانيا.

الوضع في الولايات الشرقية ليس بأفضل، إذ إنّ هيئة حماية الدستور هناك رصدت افتتاح ما لا يقل عن ثمانية مراكز جديدة تابعة لمنظمة SBS GUG التابعة للإخوان المسلمين في ولايتي زاكسن وبراندبيرغ اللتين كانتا بعيدتين عن أي نشاط إخواني. وتتركز عملية تمددها على تأسيس هيئات تدَّعي مساعدة اللاجئين الجدد.

الجدير بالذكر أن منظمة الجالية الإسلامية IGD تنكر علاقتها بالإخوان المسلمين دائماً، وهي تضم تحت جناحها خمسين منظمة منتشرة في ألمانيا إضافة إلى (109) أماكن عبادة ما بين مُصلى ومسجد، حيث يعدّ مسجد أبي بكر الصديق في جنوب مدينة كولن مركزاً رئيساً لها.

هذا التقرير إنْ صحت المعلومات التي وردت فيه، ستنعكس آثاره السلبية في تهديد حريات اللاجئين المسلمين، إذ إنه سيستتبع تشريعات تحد من حركتهم وحريتهم، وتضعهم في زاوية الاتهام المسبق. وبذلك يكون تنظيم الإخوان في سلوكه غير المسؤول هذا، يدمر حياة المسلمين هناك، كما دمر ثوراتهم وأفشلها نتيجة تسلقه وتسلطه عليها، حتى حول الربيع العربي إلى شتاء قارس.

• الخطر الإخواني في أمريكا

الحذر من النشاط الإخواني الذي يعدّ مهدداً لقيم المجتمع الغربي، انتقل من أوروبا التي تشهد مراقبة أمنية حثيثة على نشاط الإخوان المسلمين في أكثر من دولة أوروبية إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وباتت الشكوى هناك تتعالى من السلوك الإخواني.

الجدل حول مصير الإخوان داخل الإدارة الأمريكية ما يزال غير محسوم، إذ صرح مسؤول -رفض كشف اسمه- من أن هناك تيارين متصارعين داخل الإدارة الأمريكية حول القرار تجاه الإخوان ما بين تيار يرى أن تنظيم الإخوان هو التنظيم الأم الذي وُلدت منه كل التنظيمات المتشددة، ويجب إنهاؤه، وتيار يرى أن بقاء التنظيم ووجوده ما يزال خادماً للسياسة الأمريكية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

حول هذا الصراع عقد المنتدى الإسلامي الأمريكي للديمقراطية مؤتمره السنوي في الحادي عشر من تموز/ يوليو الماضي من هذا العام، قال في افتتاحه رئيس المنتدى الدكتور زهدي الجاسر:

بوصفي مسلماً متديناً أحب إسلامي وأمتي، وبصفتي مسلماً أمريكياً كرستُ حياتي لمواجهة التشدد الإسلامي، فالإخوان المسلمون أكثر الجماعات تهديداً لأمننا ووئامنا الوطني.

وأضاف: إنهم يدمرون وعي المسلمين في العالم بأفكارهم، وبخاصة المجتمعات السُنية، وإن إنكار حقيقة خطر الإخوان المسلمين مشجع للمتطرفين الإسلاميين.

ما نريد قوله من كل ما سبق أن تنظيم الإخوان المسلمين في الغرب يعمل منذ قرابة نصف قرن، ويجيد التعامل مع القوانين الغربية، وكذلك استغلالها لمصلحة أجندته الإسلاموية، ما يظهره كأنه تنظيم تحت القانون، ولكن في غرفهم السرية كما أفادت تقارير متعددة فإنهم يعملون على الانقلاب على الدستور والقانون وقيم المجتمع الغربي، حتى أصبح يُنْظر إليهم بوصفهم أخطر الجماعات الدينية في الغرب.

ومنذ سنوات شبه قائد تنظيم القاعدة اليوم أيمن الظواهري في كتابه (الجماعة الأم) جماعة الإخوان بالتنظيم الأم الذي خرجت من رحمه التنظيمات الإسلامية الأخرى كلها، ومن الإخوان جميعهم تعلموا، بدءاً من الجماعة الإسلامية التي نشأت في السجون المصرية في منتصف ستينات القرن الماضي وصولاً إلى تنظيم القاعدة الذي أسسه في أفغانستان الإخواني الشهير عبد الله عزام، ولا يستطيع أحد أن ينكر دور القيادات الإخوانية في ريادتها ضمن تنظيم القاعدة وكذلك داعش وحتى جبهة النصرة في سوريا.

ويبدو أن إفساد حياة المسلمين سُنة إخوانية، فبعد فضيحتهم في الربيع العربي ودورهم في إفشاله، وتسببهم مع الاستبداد الذي استغل الظاهرة الإسلاموية لينقلب بوحشية على الحراك الاجتماعي، ها هم اليوم كعادتهم لا يتعلمون من الدروس السابقة، ولا يتعظون من أخطائهم، إنما يصرون على تكرارها في كل مكان يظنون أنهم يتمددون فيه في غفلة الآخر عنهم.

فهل حانت ساعة نهاية الإخوان عالمياً؟ أم أنهم ما يزالون بأخطائهم وسلوكاتهم ذريعة لضرب الوجود الإسلامي الذي بات واضحاً في المجتماعات الغربية؟.
