Carol graduated from Riverside White Cross School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio and received her diploma as a registered nurse. She attended Bowling Green State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Literature. She attended the University of Toledo, College of Nursing, and received a Master’s of Nursing Science Degree as an Educator.
She has traveled extensively, is a photographer, and writes on medical issues. Carol has three children RJ, Katherine, and Stephen – one daughter-in-law; Katie – two granddaughters; Isabella Marianna and Zoe Olivia – and one grandson, Alexander Paul. She also shares her life with her husband Gordon Duff, many cats, and two rescues.

For me , it’s always a reminder how bad the Romans messed up the calendar. Our year now starts in winter with no astronomical or mythological reasoning whatsoever. The months are elongated and month actually means Moon so 28 days is the proper period, and that would make 13 equal months of 4- 7 day weeks. 364 days, with a day or two of no days. The 7 day weeks were never really a thing, and are basically a labor schedule. If we are gauging spookiness for Halloween, a new moon would be the apex of fright time, as it would be dark and associated with the thinner veil. The birth period Nov 2 – 12 is actually a great place to find women who are wonderful teachers of children, and any study will find, adults and children feel compelled to give them gifts. The year actually starts on the Vernal Equinox.
Perhaps a better name for the full moon coming, ( The Loyal Family Harvest Moon ).
When it becomes clear to some, that trump is leaving, many will seek reunification of that which was rent asunder. The adult thing to do of course is to be ready with open arms.
The wake behind Trump is heavily populated with people who fall for his rhetoric for a short term, then upon realizing, make the difficult trek toward humility and self awareness. This is the harvest. “I told you so” , is that which need not be mentioned. The proper reception is to act as if nothing happened. Full moon in fall is festive.
