Israel and others, under command of Benjamin Netanyahu and others, working with DOE directors, bribed and blackmailed, had, prior to 1999, stolen 350 nuclear pits.
Some were sold, some made into new weapons and used on 9/11 and against Yemen, Syria and Iran.
We now believe Trump is doing it again.
