China Genocide fabricated by Epoch Times fake News and NY Times disinformation

The New York Times recycled flimsy claims by a right-wing apocalyptic extremist to accuse China of “genocide,” in an op-ed by an American with 1/8th Uighur heritage who worked for Epoch Times, a far-right, pro-Trump outlet backed by cult Falun Gong.

Gray Zone: The New York Times published a factually challenged op-ed accusing China of committing “genocide” against its Uighur minority. The article sourced its spurious accusations to a right-wing operative who insists his research is part of a divine “mission” against Beijing that is “led by God.”

The author of the New York Times op-ed, Amelia Pang, happens to be a former employee of the Epoch Times, a far-right propaganda arm of a fanatical anti-China cult called Falun Gong. The extremist group preaches that race-mixing, homosexuality, feminism, and science are Satanic plots, and reveres Donald Trump as a God-like figure who was sent down from heaven to destroy the Communist Party of China.

In a statement to The Grayzone, Pang said, “The Epoch Times and the Falun Gong group do not represent my views in any way.”

However, a review of her five years of work at the Epoch Times shows Pang churned out hyperbolic anti-China reporting while publishing at least 17 articles promoting the Falun Gong cult or its cultural front group, Shen Yun.

  1. The disturbing aspect of the behavioral product transmitted to readers of the Epoch Times, is the highly noticeable activation of their self righteousness. People who have previously shunned the prospect of any indepth discernment of how gubmint works, are quite quickly drawn in and captivated by crafty writing and absurdity stamped with an urgency directed at their primal sensitivities. Through this, they can say anything at all, and the reader becomes increasingly defensive as to its absolute veracity. It is the blatant activation of extremism which targets the vulnerable. The entire nature of it is highly suggestive of seditious subversion.

  2. The irony of course is that the US suports genocide, One just has to look what the US supported jews are doing to the Palestinians.

  3. The people accusing China of genocide … 1. act like a crack monkey, 2. ignore Yemen an actual genocide.

I’m certain there is oppression in China but if you listen carefully to the accusations and filter out the arm flailing, they are calling forced assimilation genocide but intentionally trying to associate the Chinese govt w/you know who.
