New Capitol security footage

[ Editors note: The video is 15 minutes, and worth your time to watch it all. The ‘no audio’ security footage used today was a perfect tool, as it allowed the impeachment managers to narrate over it while using pop up inside maps to show exactly where the video event is happening.
This must be torture for the Republicans to be having to sit through, smart enough to know how devastating it all is, and that Congressional life is never going to be the same again.
And you can be sure that Trump was watching every minute of this today, and not stopping to Tweet his commentary. Reports are coming out from inside the Trump team that Donald was reveling in watching the video going up.
Call me a bad boy, but from what I saw at all the main door crashings, the use of lethal force could have stopped it, as happened where Ms. Babbitt was shot, throwing her life away for a false orange haired pretend-a-god.
When lethal force was not used elsewhere, that failure was quickly tweeted around and made the mob controllers more aggressive knowing they have the manpower to overwhelm the police.
Frankly, because no Congress people were killed, the outrage remained a notch down from what it might have been. Can you imagine if Pelosi and or Schumer had been grabbed and held hostage. The House tactical teams would have shot rioters to prevent them from being taken, but no such luck for regular Congress people.

Now it’s reported that senators Cruz, Graham, and Lee are consulting with Trump’s defense team. How the hell can you take an oath to be an impartial juror, and then consult with the defense? The US senate is the biggest piece-of-shit institute on the planet. By the way, if you are ever called for jury duty, just vote to acquit, facts be damned! If there is no rule of law for political elites, there should be none for the plebes either.
