All the President’s Lackeys: Bannon, Clark, Eastman & the Others. Watergate vs. the Insurrection

[ Editor’s Note: We now have growing hints that Kirschner has figured out that the DoJ is not sitting on its butt waiting for the Jan 6 committee to get done with its investigation before the DoJ doing the heavy lifting on its own.
VT would bet that the DoJ has a full scale press going on to be able to bring the indictments needed, in time for them to sink into the public psyche for normal citizens and even some Trumpers.
Early on, the Jan 6 Committee announced it would share everything it was getting with the DoJ, which we know is a lot. While the Committee has done 250 interviews, most of them behind closed doors, I would suspect the DoJ may have a number of grand juries already sitting, to get DoJ testimony for its own indictments, with their former Jeffery Clark probably at the top of the list to make an example of his treasonous butt.
Does the DoJ have much going on in coordination with the States on the 2020 election, and is it investigating the current Trumper efforts to make sure they can steal the 2022 elections if they do not turn out like they wish?
Is there a hybrid coordinated effort looking into the terrorizing of election workers, with the Georgia case getting the most coverage. Nothing could be more important than making indictments in these past and planned new crimes, by next summer at the latest.
I cannot image that the top DoJ echelon cannot see the 2020 election, the Insurrection, and what is being planned for 2022 and 2024 as one huge ongoing criminal conspiracy, where the perpetrators might think they are bulletproof under a claim that their activities were all political.
Of main concern is the abysmal arrest record on the terror war that has gone on against election workers. If the DoJ and the various States involved do not dig this out down to the bedrock, they will wear the historical shame of this sad chapter in American history… Jim W. Dean ]

“All the President’s Men,” is a phrase synonymous with Richard Nixon’s criminal associates from the Watergate scandal. Today, we could use the phrase “All the President’s Lackeys” to describe Trump’s motley crew of criminal associates:
Steve Bannon, Jeffrey Clark, John Eastman, Roger Stone, Mike Flynn, Rudy Giuliani and others. We know that the House select committee is investigating the January 6 attack on the US Capitol and that Representative Liz Chaney just announced that public hearings will begin in early 2022.
How does the process and timeline of the insurrection investigation compare to the process and timeline of the Watergate investigation? The comparison provides some hope for accountability and justice.

I’m not seeing Trump being able to hustle the GOP nomination in 2024. But, he doesn’t need them as his “army” will get behind him running as an independent. The debates will play to his strengths as the Dems and GOP don’t understand that this will be an alley fight. The Trumptards have not left the country.
