1 Belarus
The Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced during a cabinet meeting that all the restrictions on the movement of citizens within the Union State of Russia and Belarus will be lifted at midnight on the 18th of March. He noted that the decision was discussed with the Prime Minister of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko, and it got the green light from the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. According to him, freedom of movement is important for the development of trade and economic cooperation and humanitarian contacts between Russia and Belarus. It is especially important given the increased restrictions from the unfriendly countries.
2 Ukraine
Checkpoints of the Russian Airborne Forces appeared in the Kiev region of Ukraine — the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. The Airborne Forces ensure the safety of the passage of military columns, and the movement of locals along the roads. The VDV forces deployed platoon strongholds on the most dangerous sections of the roads. Their objectives include the identification and detention of sabotage groups of the Ukrainian nationalists. The head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, Mikhail Mizintsev, stated that Ukraine is ignoring the desire of their own civilians to evacuate to the safe areas in north and east, in Russia. Their attempts are being blocked by the Ukrainian forces.
3 The LRP
The LPR forces pushed the Ukrainian Nationalists out of their positions near the Seversky Donets river — a strategically important area. The Ukrainian forces built a fortress from which they kept shelling the local settlements. The LPR forces studied their enemy properly, and built a copy of that fortress for their training. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that over the past day, the Russian forces destroyed 46 Ukrainian military installations, a lot of AA missile systems, drones, and several command posts. The DPR forces are fighting for the settlement of Marinka. From there the Ukrainian artillery terrorized the the city of Donetsk and the villages nearby for years. It was possible to partially unblock the exits from the city of Mariupol. More than 30,000 of people were evacuated from there in the past 24 hours. Almost 7,000 citizens from 22 countries continue to be held hostage by the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Battalions.
4 Belarus
The Belarusian special services in the Mozyr region, near the border with Ukraine, prevented a terrorist attack against the Russian forces. The published video reported that the detainees can face up to 20 years in prison. Judging by the footage, they planned to make a terrorist attack on the railway, steal weapons from the Russian soldiers, and use Molotov cocktails.

The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova once again told to the reporters during a briefing that the Russian special military operation in Ukraine isn’t aimed at capturing Ukraine, or over-throwing its president. She accused the collective West of forgery and disinformation. She added that the Western mass media misinform the citizens of their countries, and they’re being a propaganda tool in the hands of their politicians. She added that today’s leader in fakes is the German newspaper «Bild». The Bild published an article that reported how the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, supposedly flew to China, but above the city of Novosibirsk his plane turned around and returned to Moscow. The Russian Foreign Ministry denies the very fact of such a visit.
6 Ukraine
Outbreaks of a number of diseases in Russia in 2021 could be related to the work of the Biolabs in Ukraine — the Chief of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, Lieutenant-General Igor Kirillov, stated while citing the data from the Russian Ministry of Defense. He added that in 2018, 70 residents of the DPR died from multi-drug-resistant strains of tuberculosis. The Russian Ministry of Defense doesn’t exclude that those cases could be related to the activities of the Ukrainian Biolabs. The Russian specialists continue to study the materials about the implementation of military biological programs in Ukraine, in which, according to Kirillov, the USA and NATO are involved.
7 Ukraine
A meeting between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky could take place after the work on an agreement, possibly in the coming weeks — the adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Mikhail Podolyak, stated. He insisted that if the meeting between Putin and Zelensky takes place — it should take place anywhere but Russia. Mikhail Podolyak noted that the agreement on the disputed points in the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on the peace treaty would take from several days to one and a half weeks.
8 Iraq
The Iraqi forces, together with government militias, launched an anti-terrorist operation near the border with Iran — the ’’Shafaq’’ reported on 17th of March. According to the journalists — the target of the operation are the ISIS cells in the Hanaqin district, in the east of the Diyala province. The operation is being led by the chief of the general staff of the Iraqi forces, Lieutenant-General Abdulamir Yaralla.
