  2. September there was the FBI search at Mar a Lago. And Trump was given as good as dead.
    Cyclically this repeats itself.
    I asked those who said Trump was as good as done

    The illogical answer was “Obama played it perfectly; not even one scandal. He played chess well”. Obama was never involved in a scandal? and why didn’t he say as well the merits of all the others? Wanting to respond to him triggered censure. Only ten or fifteen days later did they become visible. But by then it was too late.
