You cannot unbreathe or breathe out a virus. Strewth. This gives doctors are bad name. I cannot believe either the author or the doctor can so desperate to be ‘noticed’. As for Ms Duff, education does do where bullshit fails to penetrate to knock into some people intelligence because this is not just specious but dangerous advice to recommend. Mucus is what the lungs generate to get rid of a deleterious body harmful to the body. Breathing this out into the environment will then increase the infection rate. Good one all around. Who needs conspiracy theories when this is being posted.
This is a very dangerous exercise. If you want more oxygen in your lungs and to increase capacity why not give advice from a real expert. Check out Michael Grant White’s page here: https://breathing.com/pages/the-optimal-calming-relaxing-breathing-exercise#
agree, The only breathing exercise that is any good is one used for meditation.
