David Rothkopf’s Traitor still serves a vital purpose, even after dozens of other books and thousands of articles about the president’s felonious behavior. A former senior official in the Clinton administration and editor of Foreign Policy who has taught at Columbia and Georgetown, Rothkopf still has all of the anger a good chronicler of the Trump administration requires.
“Trump is despicable,” he writes. “But beyond his defective or perhaps even non-existent character, there are the near-term and lasting consequences of his actions. We must understand these to reverse them, and we must understand how easily Russia achieved its objectives in order to prevent such catastrophes in the future.”

Wow! Substitute Israel for Russia and this article would make some sense. Putin must be smiling and shaking his head at how Russiagate is once again being used as cover for Israelgate, the real foreign influence on our elections that’s been going on for many decades.
I don’t intend on buying or reading this book, but on the subject of traitors, I wonder how much the author devotes to the Rosenbergs, or Jonathan Pollard and their masters?
Maybe what the author means by “Russians” are the so-called “Russian” mobsters (Kosher Nostra) who Trump has been in bed with for decades. One can hope…
I won’t be reading or buying this book as well. The name rang a bell and although I didn’t recall from where, it didn’t take to much searching to find out this guy is as ‘deep state’ and Israel first as they come. Then I saw where I remembered him from …Kissingers group and the CFR. He has all the usual ‘family killed in concentration camps’ criteria to push the same old crap, while never mentioning Israeli contributions to the world of terrorism. Kosher Nostra is his real go-to group. Now he works for the UAE (@1/2$M/year), Israels newest BFF. He should know all about traitors, being one of the gang. As TA said, substitute Israel/KM for Russia, then you’ll have the real story.
