DOJ: Why is Kris Kobach Not in Jail?

I have called the Department of Justice on #CrossCheck (202) 661-4636. Stealing minority votes is illegal. Vote theft is illegal. “Statutes render election officers criminally liable for violations or omissions of their duties under election laws.  Election officers may be criminally liable for receiving votes of persons unqualified to vote, willfully rejecting qualified electors’ votes, altering or stealing ballots or other necessary documents, stuffing the ballot box, falsifying the election returns, and committing fraud,” according to USLegal.com

Why are we still litigating the 2016 election? Because Russia did not steal millions of votes, Cross Check did. The lists caused minority voters to be purged off the voter roles despite being single voters, two voters were mismatched and forced to vote provisionally. The provisional votes did not count because the voters were stripped off the voter roles, illegally.  Cross Check must be stopped – Ann.
