(When you look at your Passport, you are a Citizen of the United States of America,) in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, … the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” This version comes directly from whitehouse.gov.

According to USA the Republic.com, “U.S. v. Anthony 24 Fed. 829 (1873) “The term resident and citizen of the United States is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by Congress.”
The “United States” is defined in Title 28 USC Sec. 3002(15)(A) as a “Federal corporation”.
So who are “We the People”?
We deserve to restore the United States of America.
