Iran has severely slammed a New York court ruling which calls on Tehran to pay a large amount of money to the victims of the 9/11 attacks.
“The issue of such illegal rulings are in stark violation of the international commitments, law and accepted procedures which call for judicial immunity of the governments,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi on Monday.
He added that his country reserves all its legal rights to battle the verdict and its probable damages.
Qassemi stressed that Tehran rejects the extra-territorial and unlawful verdict issued in absentia against the Islamic Republic.
He further noted that the US court had no evidence of Iran’s involvement in the 2001 incident.
The spokesman further stressed that such rulings not only mock the international legal system, but also the American people.

The judgment was issued by Manhattan federal judge George Daniels earlier in May. The lawsuit claims that Iran provided technical assistance, training and planning to the al-Qaeda operatives that conducted the attacks.
The official investigation on the attacks, known as the 9/11 Commission Report, has said that Iran did not play a direct role.
The lawsuit is not linked to a case filed against Saudi Arabia, which families of 9/11 victims say provided direct support for the attackers. Fifteen of the 19 (alleged -KB) Sept. 11 hijackers were Saudi citizens, two were Emiratis, and the remaining two were Egyptian and Lebanese.

Iran should take advantage of this judicial “hoax” and use it as a reason for collecting competent public relations experts and attorneys and collecting the true detail of the actual perpetrators of “9-11” and going public with the actual aveidence—that is availiavable. This so-called ‘judgment’ was issued in total denial of due process in absentia of defendant – and Evidence, under color of law and in conspiracy with prosecutors – is the epitome of judicial and prosecutorial misconduct(s). – no evidence of ‘good behavior’ in this case, making federal judge George Daniels subject to Disqualification under 28 USC Sec’s. 455 and 451:

It appears that this George Daniels is acting in flippant IGNORance, apparent denial, and contempt of the law.
* 28 USC §451 The term “judge of the United States” includes judges of the …, district courts, … and any court created by Act of Congress, the judges of which are entitled to hold office during good behavior. Why shouldn’t Mr. Daniels be sanctioned hereunder?

“Back in 2007 Federal Judge George B. Daniels of the Southern District of New York dismissed my 9/11 “no planes” whistleblower lawsuit against NIST contractors “with prejudice” along with separate 9/11 suits filed by Dr. Judy Wood and Ed Haas. Hizz honor never considered the facts brought forward in any of these suits despite his legal obligation to temporarily accept them as true and rule on other factors like legal standing in determining whether or not to grant plaintiffs access to the court’s resources. He promptly gave the plaintiffs’ facts and pleadings the back of his hand and dismissed with prejudice. That last word applies beautifully since its first dictionary definition is “an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.”
