“Massively Corrupt” Trump Foundation sued for “Endless Crimes”

Editor’s note: As usual, when the dumbed down public was sent on a wild goose chase looking at the Clinton Foundation, this was why. The list of crimes here is miles long; and in a democracy, Trump and his family would and should be doing time.

Trump hasn’t donated to his own charity since 2008
The attorney general seeks to ban Trump from serving as a director of a New York not-for-profit for 10 years and Trump’s children from serving for one year.

The complaint alleges that the Trump Foundation engaged in repeated and willful self-dealing transactions to benefit Trump’s personal and business interests.

“As our investigation reveals, the Trump Foundation was little more than a checkbook for payments from Mr. Trump or his business to nonprofits, regardless of their purpose or legality,” Underwood said. “This is not how private foundations should function, and my office intends to hold the Foundation and its directors accountable for its misuse of charitable assets.”

The investigation also found that the board existed in name only and did not meet after 1999.

    Seriously, the level of fact resistantince is simply amazing as Mr. Duff over numerous articles has documented the facts that the absolute rot in America is concentrated in the GOP as why don’t you read Sean Hanity and Fox News and spare us your drivel post after post as I forgot they are paid to be here sent to us from that cloud over Tel Aviv!

  2. As for key facilitators of 9/11, it is very difficult to place Clinton , higher on the list than the Bush Family, and Guliianni who may be just a useful idiot. What we can say, is she towed the line afterward. As did many.
    I think a key point to make about the aftermath, is that just because someone is a senator or a representative or even agents in intelligence, is that, everyone only has so much time in the day, and nothing is taken on face value. Never assume how smart people are or how much they know because of position.
    For politicians, keeping track of schedules and minutia, raising money, and taking squeaky wheel phone calls, largely outweighs the amount of time to do actual investigations. I would be amazed if more than 25% question 9/11. Intell briefings by skilled fixers are convincing, and they sprinkle exclusivity, with finesse.

    • So, Schneiderman, can be examined 3 ways. He could be like many others who simply fell under the bulldozer of the metoo wave. he could have been forced out for blocking the investigation, or he could have been taken out, because he was about to bring it. Either way, NY attorney general is the hottest seat in politics in the US and maybe the world. I would not want to be the receptionist.

  5. Talk about timing. So trumps deal with Nk and how he is suspending military exercises with SK may have hit a nerve with some in the Pentagon? This charity has been operating illegally for over a decade and NOW they only discovered this? Don’t get me wrong I hate Trump as much as Gordon does so he deserves this as fat as i am concerned. Anything to get him impeached is a win for the world and humanity. He hehe oh well I hope this finally gets him into trouble because so far he has been Teflon coated.

  6. As a native New Yorker, I am no fan of either. I resent that Clinton could move here and instantly be our senator, when there are tons of others who lived here all their lives that should have been,.
    That said, the difference between the Clinton Foundation and Trump Foundation is political experience and lawyers. Clinton will have tons of people advising how to keep everything legal and above board, and she has the political savvy and motivation to do just that. Trump does not listen to his lawyers and mostly they are directed to subvert the requirements or he gets new counsel. He is accustomed to being protected and prefers the fringe of allowable behavior, which obviously has to deal with the law of averages. It’s a clown bus in it’s first big show. Over confidence is a bitch when it bites. Treading on the tail of the tiger is a choice.
