Irving as a person can be both irritating and exasperating but as a historian, he is the foremost authority on World War II.  He exposed the Dresden bombing of 1945 as a part of a very real holocaust against the Germans and was persecuted for it.  This is now “mainstream” history only because he wrote of it when it had been censored.

Then he explored the other holocaust involving Hitler and the Jews and published on that.

They sent him to jail.  Read his Wikipedia if you want to know how dangerous he is.

For those of you who are still Trump supporters, David Irving is Trump’s “go to” guy for debunking fake history.

  1. I video taped Irving four time in Atlanta but he would never agree to do anything with the material together. He just wanted me to send it to him, to which I said screw that. So it sits in my private archives. I shot it with good equipment when all his video of the time was amateur stuff, but better than nothing. Even when he was bringing in a lot of dough he would not spend a dime on video.

Who would have ever dreamed that in his early years working in Germany in construction, that his learning the language was going to lead to his incredible career? But when he showed up at the Zuncle trial in Canada, where Zundel won, Irving was a marked man by the Zios.

    • Irving went from being a hero to a zero due to the Zundel trial, and he was subjected to intense attack ever after, including being imprisoned. He regrets getting involved in the Zundel trial.
