The Great Tribal Battle Royal over the Supreme Court is over! Congrats to the gloating victors. The tribal clearly dysfunctional process has delivered integrity, morality, and decency, already on their deathbeds, a fatal blow. There is nothing left or right; just dead political bodies lying everywhere on the political battlefield with no hope in sight.
At Trump Tower, the Baccanal Orgy has begun attended by every red state warrior who sold his soul for Trump Caesar’s Rock n’ Roll extravaganza. Boofing for everyone tonight! It is party time!
On Team Blue, the people are beyond frustrated with the utter contempt for their voice and values.
Now what? More war? Keeping fighting the obvious?
America has already split into two countries. Can there be reconciliation? How? Where? Why?
The values have broken down the seams like a tectonic plate during a massive earthquake.
The victorious tribe has no desire for compromise whatsoever because they are “right” and the others are “wrong”. The losing tribe has no intention of sitting at the same table with those to which they share NO value and break NO bread. There is nothing to discuss.
Point of No Return?
The middle ground in American politics has been shrinking for decades. Ironically, that’s one of the few things that Left and Right can still agree on. When immigration, gun control or any other major political issue comes up, both sides reflexively retreat to positions that are not just diametrically opposed, but also mutually exclusive. Meaning that the other side is not just wrong, but stupid, dangerous and evil to boot.
The American Left and Right are now the couple screaming at each other all night, every night, as the kids hide in their room. The GOP has the Court, House, Senate, and Presidency. Granted the majority of Americans are NOT with them but that matters not to them. They are winning the battles and damn the people. So now what?
As with couples, so with countries: divorce may be painful, but it may be the least bad option. India had to do it creating Pakistan for it’s Muslim citizens. USA should do the same and end this mess.
Despite the disastrous precedent of the Civil War, we don’t have to get into a bloody violent war to get this done. Czechoslovakia had a “Velvet Divorce” in 1993. It can be done!
A map can be drawn fairly easy and borders can be drawn.
Long story short: the Left gets the north. Trump gets the south.
Trump’s new country includes almost all of the old Confederacy but also a lot of extra states, all the way up to Wyoming. The new north also includes all of the West Coast and is granted overland access to left-leaning territory back east via a corridor consisting of the Dakotas and Montana.
Linking territory to ideology has an even older pedigree. The principle that finally settled the religious wars that had destroyed Germany in the 16th century was called Cuius regio, eius religio: ‘Whose realm, his religion’. Meaning that the dominant religion in each of the many states into which Germany was divided back then was decided by the ruler of each state. If you didn’t like it, you could move.

Too bad they didn’t win their damn Civil War. This is what I think when I hear those retarded Southern accents come out of the mouths of pinhead psychos like Graham and McConnell. They wouldn’t be in DC stinking up our government. Would have been better for the rest of the world too: the slaveholder mentality would not have been able to hijack the industrial might of the free states to wage the nonstop war against the rest of humanity that has been our trademark foreign policy ever since Woodrow Wilson, the first southern-born president since the War for the Union.
No, you can’t split the country. The suggested picture is actually quite off. What we have are Liberals on the coast in the big cities and Conservatives in most of the middle. We are not going to cut out the middle of the country.
The reality is this is less a geographic difference than an urban/rural divide. And it exists at a smaller scale within most states. And it exists in other countries too. It is not an American phenomenon.
The problem is social/political/cultural in that we have increasingly developed a team mindset. It is winner takes all and there is no desire to negotiate or compromise. Many political junkies trace this back to Newt Gingrich in the nineties.
It is more than likely that this competitive mindset is deliberately encouraged and abetted by the media as a way to divide the people. Keep the people in fear and distress and they won’t unite and turn against the real masters of society.

As far as military statues, they should not exist at all. When we venerate warriors, we will get more war. There is no honor in it. As any doctor would, we must identify the illness, and attempt to heal it, and removing body parts is a last resort. Education is the way forward, and we must start with basics that have been forbidden. Religion is what divides us, not Trump. He exploits it professionally. Every town I see, has Episcopalians, baptists, methodists, catholics, muslims, jews, jehovah witnesses, Lutherans , Unitarians, Hindu’s , Bahi’s , presbyterians, masons, and every theocratic variance possible, while the town halls remain empty at meetings, these gather on certain days. What do they have in common ? They teach, dispersion and separation. Exceptionalism and ostracize the others. Unity is the way forward. Education and variety of experience is the method.
What an interesting thing, that after excluding the arts and expressions, that groups feel a lack of being heard. Exclusion is the result of oppression of voice, and freedom to express, is art. Let the people be who they are, and prevent theocracy or theocratic politics from interfering the thing that we all need. Unified services. That is all government is supposed to provide here, service. They are not supposed to provide spiritual direction or judgement of expressions. The separation of church and state, is our concrete. Let the secrets flow, and let the falsehoods be known. The game of pretend, results in confusion and dispersion.

Khalid, it is your own sensitivity that creates your suspicion of me as anti-religion. I simply observe the nature of the common structure in villages and towns and cities. The buildings where people meet and discuss the issues, are labeled by denomination, when they should be the central square or town hall. As for your other suspicion regarding numerology, that is not what I do. My website is artstrology. The simple observation that artists create shapes that correspond with ancient calendrical glyphs and descriptors which are widely known.
Kavanaugh for instance, is born on the day of the successful lie, and alcoholism. I don’t write the descriptors nor do I figure things using math or numerology. I just observe the product and it always matches the date of birth. It is not new, in fact it is the oldest science we have. It’s just that nobody is allowed to teach it in public.
