Under the above heading, Ivan Abakumov wrote in “Vzglyad” about the clash that took place in Syria between a Russian patrol and an American force.

The article states: An accident occurred between a Russian patrol and an American force in Syria. Military police cars of the Russian armed forces thwarted an attempt by American armored vehicles to impede the movement of the patrol, which led to the injury of a number of American soldiers, and prompted Washington to file charges against Moscow.

Similar incidents have already occurred between the Russian and American military. At the beginning of the year, a video clip of a road accident between Russian and American military personnel in Syria appeared on the Web. A video clip was also published from the Syrian province of Hasakah, the authors of which said it depicted a unit of the US armed forces that cut off the road of a Russian military convoy heading to the town of Amuda. And the Americans had previously prevented a Russian general from entering Manbij.

According to experts, all the aforementioned incidents that the Americans provocatively committed are not only inconsistent with international law, but also contradict the declared intentions of President Donald Trump to reduce the presence of the American armed forces in the Middle East.

“The Syrian government has repeatedly said that the Americans have nothing to do in this country. However, they still stuff their noses and hinder us from operating the peace mechanisms,” Alexey Lyonkov, the editor of the magazine, said.

Leonkov pointed out that, during the incident in northeastern Syria, the Russian military “did not block the road to the American force, as the Americans claimed, but opened the way and the path that the Americans were moving in. They only taught them reason and wisdom so as not to interfere with our patrol movement.”

The newspaper added that the movement along the roads in Syria is agreed upon in advance between all concerned parties, because any change or deviation from the path could lead to accidents. Therefore, the Russian military acted in strict accordance with the instructions received, while the Americans carried out outright provocations.

The article expresses only the opinion of the newspaper or writernahed, 5:06 PMPicture is of the new site of the bridge crossing the Euphrates River near the city of #Deirezzor. Russian and Syrian engineering forces are constructing the semi permanent bridge.
The bridge will be for military vehicles and will not be accessed by civilians for now.

  1. I don’t understand Russian/Syrian in this instance : they should have arrested the drivers and crew and ceased the vehicles… PERIOD !

  2. Watching US personnel go round with the arse out of their trousers is the frightening prelude to seeing the Emperor Trump run around without clothes. And any way you look at it – if you can stomach the perverted imagery, is sick in the extreme and voluble as the laughter coming from IDF headquarters, assuming the presence of some generals at least and that the laughs aren’t coming from wayfaring hikers already amused at finding five Merkava tanks lying abandoned on the Golan Heights a few days ago.

  3. the invasion, occupation, and theft of Syrian oil does not benefit America. who does it benefit? the 5th column. Chris Bollyn did extensive research into this topic.

  4. Russia was invited by Assad to help defend the Syrian Government. Our Government is in Syria ILLEGALLY.

We need to get out of Syria and stop causing trouble in the Middle East.
