VT: The Kentucky grand jury that decided not to charge the two officers, Mattingly (not ours) and Cosgrove was, in fact, never allowed to discuss charging them at all.
The decision that was passed on to the press as a “finding” of the Grand Jury was, in fact, a fabricated finding of a rigged grand jury hearing where the case against the two officers was never presented at all.

There’s a guy with a youtube channel SHARK (need to use all caps) that exposes Kentucky police corruption, under cover video and the like… One comment under a video from Aug 14,2020 – Kevin Crum “As a former police officer in Kentucky I can tell you corruption runs DEEP. You should go to Anderson and Boyle county if you want to know corrruption.”
The cover-up is probably because the cops were looking for A money stash. Any casual surveillance would have made known the dude they claimed to be looking for, was no longer there. They obviously didn’t even bother. Straight up jack boot rogue justice.
