Israel’s police are notorious for their racial hatred and cowardly brutality and such trips to Israel tend to do nothing but allow Trump friendly foreign intelligence agencies of Russia and Israel to gain a hand in mischief against the US.

Pentagon deploys hundreds of active-duty troops for inauguration security

Locking down DC for a week and a half was a strong hint that authorities wanted a nice quiet city, where it is much easier to spot unusual activity and deal with it quickly. Public confidence had to be restored after the certification debacle.
Trump’s moving vans are at Mara Largo so it looks like he is going there, unless it is a feint. While it would be dramatic for a prosecutor move to be made sooner after noon on Wednesday, it would trigger some backlash and compete for inauguration day headlines for Biden, so I don’t think that is in the plan for Wednesday.
Meanwhile the FBI is busy hunting Capitol coup rioters and their enablers, but we have yet to see any accessory to murder charges filed on anyone yet. I expect that the Trump regime DoJ would pass the buck on that to the new Biden appointees to make the call.
It will be a memorable historical post-coup event for a story that is going to be with us for some time, as the country emerges from our Trump bomb shelter after four long years of one lunacy after another.

The Pentagon has authorized hundreds of active-duty troops to support enhanced security measures related to President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration, as local law enforcement continues to track threats of violence in the nation’s capital in the days leading up to the ceremony, according to two defense officials.
The 750 active-duty personnel deployed this week include service members with expertise in handling chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological and explosive weapons, as well as explosive ordnance disposal and medical teams skilled in trauma response, said one defense official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive operations.
Altogether, the Pentagon has authorized roughly 2,750 active-duty personnel to support the inauguration, but the bulk of those — about 2,000 — are for “ceremonial support,” such as the band, the official said.
