[ Editor’s Note: Detroit’s attorney filed his suit against the Trump team on January 5th, stating in it that the false claims being peddled by Sidney Powell, Rudy and Lin Wood were undermining the public’s faith in our elections.

Attorney Fink’s suit for Detroit wants full sanctions put on all nine of the Trump attorneys who sought to have all Michigan votes given to Trump, disenfranchising the state based on what the presiding judge viewed as alleged evidence that was ‘layers of hearsay’.



If they are sanctioned in the Michigan Federal court, that could extend to all states, and these people will be out of ‘The Steal’ business for a long time. Atty David Fink will be one of the heroes in this sordid story. I hope there are more… Jim W. Dean ]

  1. BTW, it appears that Fink is another fraud. And, as someone else has already pointed out, judges who may want to opine legitimately and justly on these cases, are prevented from doing so because of the implied threats against them by the covert communists who they oppose. The legal system is pretty messed up at this time in our lives.

  2. To suggest that the 2020 American elections were open and honest would be naive as hell. They weren’t. IMO. Americans have endured crooked elections, probably ever since voting became secret and private. To make matters worse, electronic voting systems have had known and identified ‘errors’ remain in them, likely from the very beginning.

    And, as the FBI has acknowledged, there are no background checks made on people running for office. Isn’t that a perfect storm for criminals to find a safe haven inside government? And what about the israeli duals who infest federal and state governments? Have we been taken over? Are we an already conquered people?

    • The Federal Court system is not about to let Trumps, or his legal grifters make fools of them or the law, which is why what they are doing looks so strang, as I expect they will all get hammered. So could they really be thinking that with court trial delays and all that Trump will get reinstated and pardon them all and they will be heros?
