War between Israel and Poland Likely as Claims by Thousands of fake holocaust survivors blocked

Al Jazeera: Poland’s president has decided to sign a bill that would set limits on the ability of Jews to recover property seized by Nazi German occupiers and retained by post-war communist rulers, drawing fury from Israel which branded the law as “anti-Semitic”.

“I made a decision today on the act, which in recent months was the subject of a lively and loud debate at home and abroad,” Andrzej Duda said in a statement published on Saturday.

“After an in-depth analysis, I have decided to sign the amendment.”



Before World War II, Poland had been home to one of the world’s biggest Jewish communities, but it was almost entirely wiped out by the Nazis and Jewish former property owners and their descendants have been campaigning for compensation.

Up to now, Jewish expatriates or their descendants could make a claim that a property had been seized illegally and demand its return, but Polish officials argued this was causing uncertainty over property ownership.

In 2015 Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal ruled there should be specific deadlines after which administrative decisions over property titles could no longer be challenged. Changes to the law were adopted by the Polish Parliament earlier this week.

The bill sets a 30-year limit for restitution claims.

The issue of Jewish property rights in Poland is further complicated because, unlike other European Union states, it has not created a fund to give compensation to people whose property was seized.  read more..

  1. No way. The ” innocent ” Jews are all turning up with the ” original deeds ” to those Palestinian houses they want, written on paper that did not exist 2000 years ago. I am sure there is a man in England who has the original deed of one of the many palaces of Her Majesty The Queen. Written just a few centuries ago on the paper that existed then.

  2. Like the Zio-Jewish International Propaganda Machine claims that some 500 to 600 thousand Hungarian Jews died in Gas Chambers! A HOAX like the 6 million! Jews were only moved to Work Camps, from Hungary, during a period of 3 to 4 months in 1944! Until that time not a single Hungarian Jew was removed from Hungary they were protected by Governor Horthy! When the retreating German Forces replaced Horthy with Szalasi, the Hungarian Nazi Party ‘Nyilas Part’, were Jews moved! But by that time the Rail lines were bomb almost daily by the ALIES, the railroads were primarily used to transport the German and Hungarian Forces away from the Soviet Horde, also hundreds of thousand of refugees got priority, over JEWS! The total number of Jews in Hungary was around 600 thousand! Some 150 to 180 thousand left Hungary before-during-after WW2. Many unfortunate Jews did perish who were transported out of Hungary, by becoming Sick, lack of medical care, food, trying to escape, from the bombardment of the rail lines, etc. There were still some 260 to 300 thousand Jews in Hungary, who have become the Rulers of that Christian nation and served STALIN/Soviets from 1945 to 1989 by Jailing Torturing Murdering tens of thousands of Hungarian Men, Women and Children, in order to Keep that unfortunate nation in the Soviet Orbit! TRUTH will set us Free!

  5. Freedom to declare a story is a lie, even though the story is backed up with facts, is no longer protected if it is about the Holocaust. Five years in prison is common in a number of countries now, for that and it may soon be put into law in good old USA. I have not forgotten what happened to Zundel.
