[ Editor’s Note: Rudy is no longer on fire with his flame thrower efforts to promote The Steal. His current lawyers have reined him in not to lie in his current depositions and then get nailed with more false testimony charges.
The attorneys questioning him are having a field day, nailing him down as specifically as possible that he had no knowledge of any election improprieties other than what he got from the internet.
He openly admits that he did not do anything to interview any of the alleged sources or verify it in other ways. And he had an interesting reason… he was ‘too busy’ to be ‘checking everything out.’ Imagine that.
Sydney Powell had to pay $200,000 to the Detroit court to reimburse it for her gang’s attempt to have Michigan’s entire election count thrown over to Trump based on her election rigging ‘claims’. We are still waiting to learn if disbarment actions are being taken against her team. That is the penalty needed to stop this kind of circus from happening every election.
Mind you, this is on the heart of The Steal, that the Dominion voting machines were rigged to throw the election to Biden, something they pull out of their behinds. It is testimony like this that should be used to establish a RICO case, as an ongoing criminal conspiracy to overthrow the 2020 election.
Powell’s fellow legal crazies on the Trump clown car seem to have felt they would not be liable for any charges based on third-party information since they were merely doing ‘political activities’ in seeking to overturn the election.
Gosh, I wonder if Rudy ever had the time to check that out… Jim W. Dean ]

Rachel Maddow reads excerpts from the transcript of a deposition, under oath, of Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani in which he explains that he can’t remember but thinks some of the conspiracy theories he pushed about the 2020 election came from social media.
He didn’t bother to check the truthfulness of the claims from his bombshell source who claimed the election was stolen.

I’m currently at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona recovering from surgery for a perineural cancer behind my left eye. A dude down at the local gas station said he could perform that surgery for one-thousandth of the cost. I chose to go with the surgeon at the clinic who has an MD after his name instead. Was that just a big waste of money, Ferdinand?
