VT is calling for an investigation of Melania’s application for US residency. We are told it is filled with errors, which we will not characterize as lies though some might. If there are errors, she should be removed from the country but we don’t think her child should be put in a cage.

  1. First step would be to look at the NDA!

    The verbiage in the agreement should clarify this issue.
    it the agreement was between “the first lady” as a “government employee” this is all barking at the moon. It seems likely that the “white house” puts in place NDAs with all staff, regardless of who they are assigned to. In that case it is a government contract and as such falls under DOJ jurisdiction.

    If it was a private agreement between Mrs Trump and her employee, different story..

    Having said all that, it seems unlikely the DOJ would have consented to this without interference of her husband. They may be corrupt, but they are not stupid.

    Let our dislike of your challenged president not be our guide to lash out at anything around him.

    Aside from all this, this woman was part of the stable of Maxwell-Epstein. One can safely assume that she wasn’t there voluntarily. Being attached to the orange weenie brought her more stability and safety than she could have hoped for by having to remain part of Epstein’s general collection.

    And I am sure that most of us have said things like she was recorded saying. Me being an immigrant myself (twice) have said about efing immigrants in conversations. (of course I was talking about Americans at that time, ohh pleeeze).

    Lets not rip rip everything out of proportion.

    • The other issue, who needs a job sucking dicks or whatever, so badly they would sign an insane document? With Trump, we are continually hit with human vermin complaining about being abused by human vermin. Vindman…that one is different. Let this one drown.

  3. It won’t apply to contract law because at the time of the conversations, there was no pay.
    Many who work for the wealthy and privileged are familiar with what I call “after care”.
    This is when you were good at what you did, but are gone, because they hired cheaper, and are now dissatisfied with the new help, so they call to cry on your shoulder and get free consultation based on “friendship”. Smart contractors make clean breaks with no ill will, so it happens a lot. No pay, no claim. There’s no equity.
