[ Editor’s Note: Oh my. Glenn finds a federal worker who had removed some top secret files who was quickly charged and recently sentenced.
We also learned that rather than go into Mara-Largo to get get the Trump stolen documents the DoJ negoiated with Trump to turn them over. Might the DoJ have promised not to charge him if he did? We do not know yet.
But who would have the authority to investigate such a situation? Who made the decision to leave the Trump documents in his possession while ‘negotiations’ went on?

In an astounding double-standard of justice, the Department of Justice issues a press release today, February 11, 2022, announcing that a federal employee named Asia Janay Lavarello removed classified documents and was just sentenced to 3 months in prison.
But Trump removed classified documents (documents that were classified “top secret” as compared to those improperly handled by Ms. Lavarello, which were classified as “secret”), yet Trump is not held to account.
Here is a step-by-step comparison of the two cases, showing how there are two standards of justice at work in our nation. Note: in the video, I mispronounce Ms. Lavarello’s name as “Laravello.” Apologies to Ms. Lavarello.

The dems are licking their chops watching the repubs bifurcate, but they are bifurcating themselves by not applying the law equally. It is one of the core demands, like wealth inequality and health insurance. If any US troops exchange fire with anyone in UKraine, then the desm will have effectively completed the trifecta of what not to do when you have an advantage.
