Daily Beast: Longtime Never-Trumper Mitt Romney marched alongside nearly 1,000 Christian activists on Sunday from Washington, D.C.’s Ward 7 to the White House across the city’s highways to protest racial injustice.

The demonstration, organized by pastors, is intended to recall the Civil Rights era Selma-to-Montgomery marches in 1965. The Republican senator from Utah said he is marching “to make sure that people understand that Black Lives Matter.”

Romney has said that he will not vote to re-elect President Donald Trump in November. The march is part of a worldwide movement following George Floyd’s death in police custody on May 25.

Ward 7, the easternmost governing segment of the District, is a predominantly black region of the city. Community members have voiced concerns about police conduct in the area in recent years.

  1. I need help making a decision. Do I support pos romney or douchebag paula white. Who shall I send my money to? Who will provide the most divine protections? Someone help a brother out.

  2. Romney is not just some guy who happens to go to a LDS church on Sunday. He’s a consecrated Bishop at the highest level of an organization that has a long history of interference in civil matters, and which taught for 140 years that black skin was a curse from god.

Romney is a member of Mormondom’s highest hereditary aristocracy, descended from Parley P. Pratt. Pratt was an original member of Joseph Smith’s Quorum of Twelve Apostles. He was murdered in Arkansas by the husband of the last of his twelve wives, who had failed to obtain a legal divorce before being sealed in a “celestial marriage.”

At his endowment ceremony Bishop Romney covenanted to accept the “Laws of Obedience and Sacrifice,” including tithing and life itself, if necessary. He was made to vow to “consecrate yourselves, your time, talents, and everything which the Lord has blessed you, or with which he may bless you, to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for the building up of the kingdom of God on the earth and for the establishment of Zion.” Romney does not have the option to disobey a order of the supreme leader, who gets his orders in daily talks with god, and that alone disqualifies him from holding public office in the republic.

  3. Romney is a Mormon, belonging to “Jesus Christ’s Church of Latter-Day Saints” who believe in a book based on a phantacy novel written around the year 1800 and referred to incorrectly by one Mr. Smith of upper NY State 15 or 20 years later. A religion that hated Americans from Africa and Blacks in Africa. A man like this is in no further need to be blackmailed on his ways to high office anywhere in the world. For once, please re-read Webster A. Tarply’s long article “Just too Queer” on his website.
