All of Trump’s warmongering against China and Russia suggests that either little of the debt is to those countries or much of the debt is to criminal/anti-government elements of those countries. Either way, the warmongering is not justified, regardless of whether Trump, Biden, the Lincoln Project, or whoever else is pushing it.
