Health Editor’s Note: The xenophobia that has come from the COVID-19 pandemic was here long before we experienced the the current pandemic. How many times can Trump be quoted as using the term, ‘Chinese Flu’? Trump is often heard blaming the Democrats for COVID-19. He of course blames everyone but himself and his criminal mishandling of the pandemic from its beginning and even now he has no plan to get us out of this viral morass.
Fact is that The Naturalization Act in 1790 was a law that described citizenship for only free white persons of good moral character. America was founded on stolen land, stolen from the indigenous peoples who were here long before Columbus and the white men that followed.
