Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the situation around Ukraine will end with an agreement, the parameters of which will be determined by the development of hostilities.

“As in any situation when armed forces are used, of course, everything will end with a treaty, but the parameters of this treaty will be determined by the stage of hostilities at which this treaty will become a reality,” he said in the Big Game program on Channel One.

He also said that the inadmissibility of nuclear war is Russia’s principled position.

Earlier, Lavrov said that the negotiations between Moscow and Kiev stalled due to the unwillingness of the Ukrainian side to respond to the submitted Russian proposals.

    • Another slap up side the head!
The “T” became almost invisible to me, alongside the North, and the Atlantic, and the “Organization”

    • @ Elvin Laton— Now they’re expanding the globalists’ “NATO” to the Indo-Pacific with AUKUS. It appears the globalists chose Australia to start a war with China.

    • I wonder if idiot Biden knows any of the terms of that Treaty? Maybe Idiot Trump gave it a quick perusal since he wanted out of it so badly. At least he knew a fixed contract when he read one….having written many himself.

  1. Just as with Iran, the US Congress will never ratify a treaty with Ukraine, simple as that. There is simply too much politics involved on both sides of aisle. Remember when Trump unilaterally killed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran? Biden and Blinken have been trying to put Humpty Dumpty (JCPOA) back together again ever since they came into office, to no avail. Israel simply won’t allow it. That’s why Lavrov and Putin once said that the USA was “agreement incapable” and negotiating with them is a waste of time.

  2. “Earlier, Lavrov said that the negotiations between Moscow and Kiev stalled due to the unwillingness of the Ukrainian side to respond to the submitted Russian proposals”. When Lavrov says “Ukrainian side”, I hope he really means NATO. Maybe when dumbed-down gullible America tires of the daily narrative being pushed by US media, which has become nothing more than an arm of the national security state, and the ratings drop, the puppet masters will give Zelensky his cues to capitulate. Until then, it feels like watching the same reruns for 60+ days.

  3. Lavrov is just reminding the ukies lowlives neonazis the more they stall, the more the treaty will be in Russians favor…

  4. Of course Nukes should be inadmissible as a priority. What a pathetic statement, oh and thanks for the detailed explanation of when a treaty is in-acted. Master of saying nothing.
I misinterpreted Lavrov’s comment on my 1st comment.

  5. Either Russia can eliminate or terminate any nuclear attack, or that is an extremely bold bluff.
