Iran state media calls for the U.S. to be kicked out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup after U.S. Soccer Federation modified the Iranian flag in a social media post put out on its platforms.

Join host Johnny Punish as he asks VT’s Dr. Kevin Barret “What’s with the Contempt?”

Together they also discuss COVID in China and the passing of a leader in the 9/11 Truth movement David Ray Griffin.

David Ray Griffin (born August 8, 1939) is an American retired professor of philosophy of religion and theology and a 9/11 conspiracy theorist. Along with John B. Cobb, Jr., he founded the Center for Process Studies in 1973, a research center of Claremont School of Theology that seeks to promote the common good by means of the relational approach found in process thought.

Griffin has published numerous books about the September 11 attacks, claiming that elements of the Bush administration were involved.[4] An advocate of the controlled demolition conspiracy theory, he was a founder member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.

  3. I totally agree with Irani
A painter, the best of Giotto’s students (do you even know who Giotto is?) goes to Naples to paint an “altarpiece” for a church. He creates the “sketch” and begins the work. One night he has a dream but the work he started has to be finished according to the “sketch.” At the celebration of the successful completion of the work, the painter says “what is the use of making a work if it was more beautiful in the dream.” The painter is P. P. Pasolini and in Boccaccio’s Decameron what he says is not there. It is pure Pasolini poetry.
“Truth does not lie in one dream. But in many dreams” is still P. P. Pasolini in the “Flower of the Thousand and One Nights.” But this is also written in the book.
But you are all in the American dream, worse than the Italians represented here by Carisio the worst of the worst of Italy that is in the Globalist dream. Whatever you write to him he is always there. And You like Carisio always think of the American dream. Ignorant of all other dreams.
    Regards

  4. Never underestimate an American’s arrogance especially when it’s driven by idiocy and ignorance… how many stars are on the US flag? Replace them all with skulls, the true symbol of American democracy!!!!…

  5. “Winning isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.” (Vince Lombardi, professional coach USA “football”). Get it yet?

  6. What the US Soccer team did, or who ever did this was not only stupid, arrogant, racists, but committed a dispicable act of insult to the entire nation and people of Iran. How callous from the team to remove the name of Allah from the Iranian flag. Wonder what families they grew up in or what church they attend? Simply disgusting act of pure hate and arrogance.

    • Totally agree, Sami. This has been the most politicized sporting event since the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin. Why can’t they just play the damn game and keep their mouths shut?

    • Hi Sami
I am american and big fan of “US soccer” world cup team in fact the only thing “go USA” I care about, certainly not the wars they start, millions of people they have killed in all the wars past couple decades, nor am I proud of the governments they have overthrown .
Sorry we call football soccer in USA. You saw my description of american football in previous post (and it pissed you off sorry but true all of it)
Anyways I am about to see the results of the game today and actually I hope Iran kicks USA’s butt for this stupid thing they did with the Iraninan flag, PLUS just before game they accused the IRAN government of threatening the Iran players families if they dont “behave”. (see post I wrote below when they did same thing to Columbia during world cup in USA)
So big fan of the team I am, but hope they lose this game serves them right.
Note all the players and the coaches had nothing to do with it, it was whoever operates their stupid website did it, probably from orders from CIA and CIA most definitely did the threats to players families thing too. (plus CIA behind the riots in Iran right now)
Simetimes fans of opposing team will find what hotel they live in and go there all through the night making noise to keep them awake but that is usually the “extent” of any harrassment this was too much I am embarrased of it all….my apologies

  7. Hi Kevin
Today I read that the USA “media” has accused IRAN government of threatening the families of Iranian players if they do not “behave” so another step further besides the flag incident.
BTW in 1994 world cup in USA, Columbia was to play USA team in California, an important knockout sort of game.
I play soccer with friend who went down to watch the game, and happened to stay at the same hotel as the Columbian players did.
What he said happened is someone had tapped into the closed circuit TV in all the rooms, and were displaying threats to the players families back home on their TV sets in their rooms!!

“Supposedly” threats coming from some Columbian drug cartels, but doubts about that! (CIA it was or similar three digit agency)

Bomb threats also came into hotel.
Outside were tons of police cars with lights flashing plus sirens coming and going all night long.
The Columbians lost the game – they couldnt sleep at all and were freaked out mentally, the CIA plot worked.
Now they are doing same thing to the Iranian team, threatening their families back home.
Game is today Iran vs USA will be interesting.
