    To “effect change”. They are serious and arrogant. Which means they are well connected to the usual suspects. Their reach includes the village hall.
    So just remember this when you are protesting 15 min cities. Because-The councillor facing you may not see you as a “digital native,”
    but an illegal “digital immigrant” “one of those above the age of 33 with your feet firmly in the past”. And sink your boat with you in it.
