[ Note: Will the US sanction all the UNSC members that it has not already sanctioned over this showdown? Gosh, just because Trump backed out of the JCPOA, why should that effect his ability to trigger the snap back sanctions just because the US is no longer legally a participant. Darn, life is so unfair.
It is always a pleasure to catch these live historical PressTV shows. I have fond memories of doing Obama’s State of the Union and one UN annual meeting address of his, doing the post commentary.
It was a chore having to listen to the UNSC member statements, some a bit hard to understand, but it has to be done as you never know what the host will be asking.
I am suspicious of the EU crowd because they always talk a good game on hanging in with the JCPOA, but no one wants to risk US sanctions by living up to their terms of the agreement.
Zarif’s presentation was, as always, 100% on the money, and like VT, nobody with a reputation to lose was to go one on one with him for serious money… JD ]

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif tells the UN Security Council (UNSC) that the United States is an “outlaw bully” that the world body should not surrender to, warning that giving in to Washington’s pressure threatens to restore the “law of the jungle.”
