Anti-Vaxx Disaster: Mississippi Ask for Military Hospital Ship As Civilian Healthcare Collapses

Daily Beast: Mississippi has become the latest state to issue an urgent pandemic distress call to the federal government.

Public-health official Jim Craig confirmed Wednesday that state leaders have asked the Biden administration to send a U.S. military hospital ship—such as the USNS Comfort—in a last-ditch attempt to prevent the state’s hospital system from falling into a complete collapse.



The plea came after the dean of University of Mississippi Medical Center said the facility was treating 127 COVID-19 patients—including 26 children—with 90 percent of patients unvaccinated.

Dean LouAnn Woodward warned:

“The Mississippi hospital system will fail within the next five to seven or 10 days if the current trajectory continues.”

UMMC has reportedly set up a federally staffed field hospital in its parking garage to help with the sudden overflow of COVID patients.

    the only units that are Civilian ready -2- goo are US ARMY MASH UNITS…. 7245th Picatanny- Far Rockaway Jersey.. Stateside: we move into existing medical units and parallel..

    CDC has fully geared – w – data – mobile units that inflate into a Level II Trama Center (existing regional hospitals) – Parking Garage. complete w med surge – blood bank… the govenor would call on a reserve unit that has MASHED w/n the last three years…

    that was not done in 2020 – nor 2021; the state simply called on retired staff to return to work.. we did – and for many months..

  5. We had the same problem in our state. It was noted by a hospitalist that nearly all admissions in 5 weeks had one common medication they were taking in higher doses. And for many of the patients, the down hill movement began when they started taking the medicine.

    The word was put out to the clinics and ER and the recommendations from the online physicians journal was put into place. The online journal UPTODATE recommends providers to use a little as possible or none of the NSAID ibuprofen.

    Remember, we do not use ASPiRIN in influenza (due to Reyes syndrome). There is a good reason. The reason is NSAID change the way the immune system responds in regard to the TH1 and TH2 response. In layman’s terms, it forces antibody production mainly which allows the virus to hide inside the cells. The antibody does not easily go inside a cell. The virus can replicate in the cell. You need a blended response that includes handling the virus inside the cell and outside the cell. NSAID will thwart this balance.

    Most providers are not aware of this recommendation by the online journal UPTODATE. The French also noted this early on.

    Should President Biden send help ? Absolutely. However these antivax, Covid is fake people when they get infected please dont expect prayers from me. In dont mean to be heartless but they brought it on themselves.
    A Tennessee preacher laid waste on former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for encouraging people to wear masks and get vaccinated.The preacher time is coming.
